GSS is not a refinery, terminal operator, bank, exchange, financial institution or guaranteed source of petroleum products. It does not hold inventory, allocations or confirmed cargo. What it holds is a network, a process, and the discipline to say no.
Submitting information to GSS does not make that information verified. Only an administrator may mark an opportunity or counterparty "Verified", and verification reflects internal review only - not a warranty of performance.
DOCUMENTATION FIRST
No introduction happens on enthusiasm alone. Entities, authority and procedure are reviewed before names are exchanged.
